Lubov
M. Coverdell, M.D.
Dr.
Lubov (Luba) Coverdell was born in Buffalo, New York. She grew up in
Miami, Florida and moved when she attended Bryn Mawr College where she
graduated with a B.A. in Russian Studies in 1987. She completed her medical
degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in
Bethesda, Maryland in 1993. She then completed a three-year residency in
Family Practice at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base,
Maryland and became board certified in Family Practice in 1996 by the
American Board of Family Practice.
From 1996 - 2004 Dr. Coverdell served in the Emergency Rooms and Family
Practice Departments at the U.S. Air Force Hospitals at Incirlik, Turkey and
Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. During her Air Force Active Duty years
she also was privileged to have four beautiful children with her husband
Daniel Coverdell.
